1. PAYMENT:
1.1. Payment will be received via Paypal or Deviantart Points.
1.2. For Paypal transactions, I will be sending an invoice.
1.3. Payment is upfront. This means that I will start with the commissioned piece ONLY after receiving the full payment.
1.4. Payment should be made within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
1.5. Do not send me any form of payment unless I have confirmed doing the commission.
1.6. I will not refund the full payment once negotiation has finished and everything has been agreed upon. If, however, I am not able to finish the commissioned work due to unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate with the commissioner about this matter and give a refund.
1.7. You are only purchasing the digital file. No item is shipped or delivered.2. THE ARTIST:
2.1. By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor.
2.2. I reserve the right for non-commercial use such as inclusion of the artwork in my portfolio and self-promotion.
2.3. I hold the right to refuse a commission request.
2.4. I will not draw in any other style aside from my current art style. With this in mind, please note that artists tend to have evolving art styles. My art style may differ in time so please check my current artworks to have an idea of what your commissioned piece will look like.
2.5 By commissioning an NSFW or adult artwork, you are confirming that your are of adult (18+) age.3. THE COMMISSIONER:
3.1. Please provide clear photo or graphic references.
3.2. The commissioner may upload or repost the finished commission as long as it is properly credited and linked back to any of my social media gallery.
3.3. Do not claim any of the work to be your own.
3.4. Do not edit or modify my work in any way unless you have spoken to me about it.
3.5. Commission is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. (Check section 5 for commercial use)4. WORK PROCESS:
4.1. I will start with the commission only after the full payment has been received.
4.2. I will send sketches or works in progress. Changes can not be made after the sketch and/or colored sketch has been agreed upon. Any major edits or altercations after will thus cost an additional $10.
4.3. I will not edit the final piece.I do draw:

Commercial use indicates usage of the artwork for income or money generating purposes whether digital or physical means. Examples are for YouTube, Twitch, and Game assets.
5.1. Cost will be x1.5 if the artwork will be used with my watermark or signature clearly visible. Example would be YouTube video.
5.2. Cost will be x2.0 if the artwork will be used in a non-bulk manner. Examples would be for Twitch or YouTube banners.
5.3. Cost will be x3.0 if the artwork will be used for bulk. Examples would be T-shirts, mugs, body pillows. Royalties may also be included upon agreement.6. NON-COMMERCIAL USE:
Non-commercial use indicates that the artwork will only be for personal use. Examples would be for profile icon, phone wallpaper, bedroom poster (single copy).
